I was pretty consistent throughout the year, and I leaned heavily into weekend watches.
I watched as many films on Sundays as all weekdays combined!

I started the year with Dream Scenario, which I expected to love but only kinda liked.
Hit movie # 50 in June, Mr. & Mrs. Smith was inoffensive.
Movie # 100 was The Substance which freaking ruled.
Last movie was Anora, which also ruled.

As usual, I favored watching new movies this year, accounting for 84% of all movies watched.
And I tried to get as many new releases in the mix as I could, with this accounting for 34%.

My most watched actors surprised me this year, with a 5-way tie at 4 movies.
David Dastmalchian and Ritchie Montgomery are the biggest standouts as I literally don't even know who these guys are 😂

In terms of my outliers in length/scores, let me just say I believe Madame Web is better than that average implies.
And my most obscure movie watched was also the worst I saw all year.

Finally, things I ranked higher and lower than average…
I Saw the TV Glow and Pacific Rim are so good, how dare the averages be simply “above average”.
I stand by all the lower than average scores, none of these worked for me at all.
Phew, what year!

@matt Harumph. As a data geek, you’re making a strong argument for me to reconsider swapping to Trakt for all my TV/Movie tracking. All of this data from Letterboxd is both gorgeous and fascinating.
@matt I recognize David from Oppenheimer, the hired agent that writes the damning report.
