Hey friends, I need some advice. I started an Instagram for my new solo guiding service, but I’m already torn between posting there or on my personal account. Should I just stick to one? Thoughts on using your personal for everything vs. keeping a business account too? I’ve seen both work well.

@jarrod a few people I know have made a success from their personal instagram being a sales tool but they generally made their personal page all about their business anyway, with a few personal things thrown in.

To me I would always keep a clear line. Granted people buy from people so there’s nothing wrong with marketing ‘personally’ but I think mixing too much is a bad thing.

@gregmorris Thanks. My instinct is to keep it separate too, but it seems a shame to start from scratch and ask people to follow another account when it’s still just my posts. Plus my automation to crosspost here to my blog doesn’t work… [Realizes that I could just duplicate the automation and point it at the new account] Well, that’s one issue solved! 😆
