Newfound appreciation for translating Markdown when posting. IDs are automatically made from the text in headings after the hash. 😁

@jarrod I think this is a regular feature of markdown conversion. I was playing with that the other week when converting some markdown with pandoc. There are also some extension in some other markdown flavours which allow for customisation of the generated ids. // @chiawase
