@pratik Yes. I feel there will be reckoning soon for places that don’t use the native text field. The enhanced autocorrect falters there too, and it’s so obvious. I’ve noticed a lack of autocorrect in the Micro.blog web composers, for example. (Although text replacements *do* work there.) cc: @help

Text replacement is one of my very favorite things across the Apple ecosystem. Add it once, it works everywhere. I must have hundreds by now. The only things missing for me is variables, like for the current date. (Settings → General → Keyboards → Text Replacement)

@jarrod but I have noticed they don’t work in some text fields. Something to do with the fields, I guess.
