Personally wondering how I would go about setting up a site that needs monetary donations to keep if up.
I guess I would have to have some form of “runway” for it—AKA budget money to have the site up for at least a few months (?) or a year—for it to work?
@chiawase There are goals on Buy Me A Coffee, but it doesn’t automatically take the site down if you don’t reach a goal…
@jarrod ah, I am familiar with Buy Me A Coffee but I just haven't really used it for anything yet 😅
As for taking the site down, I don't think that's practical too 😆 I was thinking more of where I have the billing connected. I just don't want the payments to eat too much into my money 😅 So I'd need to be diligent with the payments if I were to do this haha
