@kulturnation Definitely, I'm using a Braun Series 9 9290cc. I also read good reviews of the Series 7, but the Black Friday deal was pretty good for the Series 9.
I figured that I could always use a regular razor if I felt I needed to for a particular occassion. But so far, I've been happy with the closeness of the shave after a couple of passes.
@kulturnation You are very welcome - and glad to help inspire your blog post. For whatever reason, I have not been bothered by the sound of the razor, although it is clearly more noisy than manual shaving. The cleaning cycle of the cleaning / charging stand also makes noise too as it does its thing.
@kulturnation I apologize but I am not sure which part is the bad luck. That you have a renewed Panasonic shaver and so can't justify getting a Braun?
