My children get stickers at school as recognition for hard work and positive behaviour. How this could be made to work in adult life?

@simonwoods Yes, but also giving out stickers would be pretty cool too.

@jamescousins Oh for sure! Much prefer the idea of small items given to you as a visible reward; rather than the only visible reward being things you can buy, therefore making the goal of your life nothing more than make as much money as possible. Small bumps like the stickers, especially given to you by other people, are so much better for the individual and the group.
