@chartier@toot.cafe lots of things can come into play but I will note that Verizon (spectrum’s partner for cell service) and ATT both had extensive outages throughout the week last week. Group texts are typically sent through the mms network (using data) so if they indeed resolved those issues can try power cycling the devices and test again to see if that works.

My in-laws sometimes do not get group texts in a mixed conversation of iPhone and Android.

Texts sent FROM an iPhone, they both have iPhones. They can receive texts just fine from Android folks in individual conversations.

Happens intermittently. Last night they both missed a semi-critical group text (about our nephew's HS graduation moving up an hour). I checked, all settings are fine.

They're on Spectrum in Milwaukee/Waukesha. Could carrier be a problem?
