🔗🤖 Does anyone know of a Slack App or other integration that can auto-link phrases to specific URLs? Specifically, I’m talking about ticket tokens like APP-123. I want Slack to auto-link those to the appropriate URLs in all messages.

@zorn I think you can make TextExpander generate the link with Markdown.
