@hjertnes I'm in a bit of dongle hell but maybe someday it'll be better. See also: marco.org/2017/10/1...
@hjertnes But I hate everything about the keyboard. Many claim to get used to it but I don't see that happening with me. Keyboards are pretty subjective things, certainly.
@jack I like how modular the apple USB-c chargers are, and charging new iPhones with USB c is awesome. And I love using it with my 4k USB C monitor at work. The biggest problem is the accessories and their quality
@jack keyboards are personal. I don't mind them, but I prefer the previous version. My problem with them is that Siri is more reliable as a input device
@hjertnes Sounds fine when you put it that way :). I suppose it's a diminishing problem, which I wouldn't mind. I also work on an iMac at home so that adds to the confusion in accessories.
@jack I couldn’t agree more. I’m extremely disappointed in mine as well. I’ve considered going back to my MacBook Air!
@jack interesting, I’m positive. Really like usb-c, huge improvement over previous cable mess. The keyboard could be more silent but has worked fine for me. Fingerprint id ... ahhh, lovely. Touch bar, like it for adjusting volume, screen brightness and similar stuff. Don’t you shortcuts that often.
@cleverdevil If I could get an 11-inch MacBook Air with a Retina screen I'd be thrilled. I'd even take an updated Air with the old screen.
@jemostrom Funny, I didn't feel I had a cable mess before :). A nice USB hub and the still-fabulous MagSafe and all was well for me.
@jemostrom I do love having Touch ID on the Mac though!
@jack it’s interesting to hear about different experiences, let’s see, at work I had power, Ethernet, screen, usb and sometimes headphones. Now I have one cable and connect to the same stuff as before.
