@frankm Quality UX and UI is quite important to many Mac users, which is why the Safari 15 tab abomination upsets us so much. It went from great to shitty in one badly-implemented redesign with no tangible benefits. It makes me angry using Safari now. I suppose it could just be me taking myself too seriously, but I live in Safari and they f'ed up my house so yeah, I take it seriously. Now, I've heard stories of people switching apps because of the icon, which really is crazy :).

@timapple You're right, there are great options. I often keep Firefox running with the "fencing" extensions for those occasions I need to log into Facebook and Co. And, perhaps oddly, I wasn't nearly as put off by the recent tab changes to Firefox. I'm also surprisingly happy with Vivaldi.

@timapple @jack Vivaldi is great. Even if you don't configure every little thing under the sun, it's really good.
