I can’t believe that I have only just got around to installing Drafts for macOS on my desktop machine. What did I do without it?

@bsag It's so clever but has yet to find its way into my day-to-day. It's always open, I just end up putting whatever I'm writing directly where it's going to end up anyway. Drafts can feel like an unnecessary step. I feel like I'm missing out, though.

@jack I definitely don’t use its full potential, but even as a scratch pad to hold stuff until I’ve decided where it should go, it is useful.

@bsag Emacs? (I read your blog on Emacs)

@hhyu I do use Emacs’ own scratch pad of course, but Drafts is often useful if I want to prep something to paste in a browser text box for example.

@jack @bsag I have tried Drafts, and want to like it, but it just doesn't click with me. I also generally know where text should go and just put it there. Different text belongs in different places; it doesn't make sense to my way of thinking to write it in some interim place. But maybe I just don't get it... or maybe it's not for me. That's fine too.

@bsag every “tweet” I post here is via Drafts. 🤘

@AlanGMarz That sounds very sensible to me. Having one place to look for stuff later helps!
