@jtr My kettle for pourover coffee has a similar spout and it makes all the difference. Where are your beans from?

@chrisfoley yep! I got it for pour overs specifically and for green tea (to watch the temperature since you shouldn't boil water for those). The beans are from a local roaster in NYC called Porto Rico (that's how they spell it).

@jtr I always heat water to around 80C for my green tea - never even close to boiling. I experiment with temperature for coffee, especially with the Aeropress, which can yield some interesting results.
