@iChris Yes!! Last year, the morning after Saint Anne’s Ball - we went to the river to watch the sunrise. There were so many people there & most had been out all night, & they were still dressed up from the night before. I’d never experienced anything like it. Before we left someone dipped these large fabric covered rings, tied with ribbons (crab nets) into the river and then hoisted them up above the crowd, where they caught the wind and sprayed river water over everyone - a blessing, a baptism, a renewal!
