Ordered a Type Folio for my reMarkable. Not sure I really need it, but it’s promising. I use the heck out of this device recently again. Still loving it 👌
@hutaffe ... oh. Now that is interesting. The folks over there remind me of the Astrohaus team with their Freewrite line of typewriters; they're all like analogue hybrids as alternatives to the all-in-one model of mass-produced tablets.
@SimonWoods this looks like one of those toy-computers from the 80s but for mechanical keyboard nerds 😅 Love it! A little pricey though…

@hutaffe Ha! Yes, exactly. It is very much on my long-term wish-list, even though there is a part of my brain that is confident I would benefit from it immediately. Until then I'll use the synthetic version via software focus modes and the like.
One of the co-founders has done a couple of AMA streams. I watched the most recent one from a few months ago and they seem like a good, indie company.
