This hits way too close to home. I earn more money right now than both my parents combined when they bought our house in 1994. There is zero chance that I’m able to afford a comparable place in a region I want to live in today.
@mangochutney same here. I earn more money than people buying houses when I was young and now I can’t even afford to rent a house in a place I would even remotely accept to live. I don’t even think about buying anymore 😉
