Unfortunately, the vaccination centre we've come to is only doing the Pfizer jab today so, having had the Astra-Zeneca vaccine, I can't get it done. I'll need to watch for when they've got an AZ day.
@colinwalker FWIW from what I heard the effectiveness is much higher with more time in between, but of course it would be great to be done with it quicker. We‘d be happy if we even got enough of anything over here 😅
@hutaffe For full effective there needs to be at least four weeks between the doses so I’m past that now.
@pimoore @colinwalker that’s why in Germany the time between was set to three months. They shortened it to 4 weeks recently and is widely criticized because the long term effectiveness is much lower that way. But it still works, of course.
