I’ve been playing around with a Light Phone-esque setup on my phone. One part of it is locking out certain apps. By doing so, you have to do a short breathing exercise to unlock the app first. It makes you think over being impulsive.

@humdrum They are. I have these mapped to the basic apps. But, if you wanted Overcast instead, you can rename the option in the settings.
