@frankm I think Stroman can be their #2 starter in the playoffs if he comes back fully healthy. But that fourth starter and bullpen is a lost cause this year. I’ve also been ready for Happ to be gone for awhile now; I’d rather see Tauchman getting those reps.

@humdrum I can’t decide whether Tauchman is an ever day outfielder or utility. Not finding a first baseman has caused the train wreck. Surprised Mervis hasn’t been mentioned as call up. I would have Morel in left with Bellinger at Center and Suzuki in right. Next year they have to decide what position Morel is going to play, DH is a waste for him. Many questions for next year hinge on whether they sign Bellinger.

@frankm agreed about Bellinger and idk enough about Morel’s fielding, but I’ll gladly take your word for it. My favorite lineup this year has been Tauchman/Bellinger/Suzuki w/ Candelario at 1B and Madrigal at 3B. But agreed about 1B, would much rather have Candelario at 3B with a regular everyday 1B.
