Listening to my daughter’s Zoom singing lesson is making me very proud and a bit emotional. As someone who can’t carry a tune in a bucket, hearing her blasting out songs with incredible precision and confidence is quite something.

@adders It's amazing how our children are these weird collections of obvious traits handed down by their parents combined with new abilities that were never even slightly exhibited by either parent; and also amazing how we, as parents, can at the same time feel pride right alongside of astonishment.
