From yesterday. Mise en Place for cranberry scones. They came out great. I’m still annoyed that I can’t make clotted cream. I can’t get the correct whipping cream (not ultra pasteurized)
@hawaiiboy clotted cream is intense stuff. Sorry you can't get it. There's nothing like it. I even put it in mashed potatoes sometimes : )
@hollyhoneychurch I fell in love with it when we were in the UK a few years back. I’m still trying to find a dairy farm that can get me good cream
