@hjertnes @vincent @ohbananajoe 5am is my current goal. When I manage to achieve that, even for a few days in a row, there are a lot of positive outcomes. The effect is even greater when I get a good hour of exercise before starting work.
4am is a little early but it might be possible once I lock in 5am.
@simonwoods agreed. Early mornings, especially at this time of year are well worth it (totally rubbish at it myself though but always appreciate it when it happens).
