Outfitted the remaining shared spaces in my house with Lutron Caseta dimmers and switches today. Oh, and for good measure, I set up an automation to dim my lights when I start watching something on @Plex in my living room. 🤩🎉
@cleverdevil oooo fancy. Don't tell my wife, but one of the reasons I want to buy a house is so I can start outfitting it with smart home gadgets. What sorts of smart-home stuff have you got setup?
@cleverdevil I’ve been thinking of trying the Lutron switches. Sounds like you like them! Any hitches or hiccups?
@hisaac apart from the Lutrons, I also have an August Smart Lock and Smart Doorbell Cam, and Canary cameras inside and out. Oh, and I’m using Homebridge to do a few things that wouldn’t be possible just with Apple’s supported HomeKit features.
