This is the first in a series of posts that will show you around 🐸 Lillihub.
The title of the page jumps you back to the top. The right side top menu, in order, lets you create a new post, manage your blog, and access app settings.
The sidebar (or bottom on mobile) has the M.B functionality.
@heyloura I’m really loving the new layout. I’m getting Internal Server Error when trying to access my posts or media through the blog/media button
@aeryn Okay, I think I found the error in the logs. Do you have a hosted micro.blog blog? Also, have you set up a test blog?
Authentication error:
It was behaving strangely. When I tried to authenticate from Safari, I’d get that error. Did it several times, same result.
Then I remembered that had the progressive web app on my Home Screen, but I kept getting the same pop-up to login overtop of the PWA, then I’d get that error. When I closed the pop-up (“done”), I wasn’t logged in underneath. I had to go through the process several times before it worked, then save a new PWA from the pop-up share sheet, reopen that, and then I was logged in.
The buttons at the bottom were not registering my clicks consistently. They’d show little circles overtop of them and register the touch, but not open the appropriate screen.
I just went back to the PWA and I was logged out again. I went through the authentication process again, and it worked. However, the buttons are still acting up.
@bryan This is great. Thank you so much for the detailed notes and screen shots. I'll take a look and see what I can do. It sounds like the authentication cookie isn't saving (or being deleted). Do you have any cookie blockers/privacy extensions installed?
@aeryn I'll take another look 😊. I can't reproduce it, so I'm going off error logs and it might take a little trial and error.
@heyloura ok I've been using it as a web app on my iphone home screen. Maybe I'll try removing it and logging in again :)
