D&D… just wow.

@herself Yep; just 5e at the moment. I'm in a remote group (Skype, Roll20, etc) doing two games, Dragon Heist and Strahd, with a larger, mostly homebrewed third game on hiatus. Claire (wifey) and I are also planning on getting a physical game going; it's been such a good addition to my week ever since I dived in properly earlier this year.

How are you finding Pathfinder?

@simonwoods those sound really interesting! Cool that you can play with your wife too. My husband sort of tolerates gaming but isn’t really into it at all. My six year old daughter on the other hand is super keen so I reckon I’ll have someone to play with in the near future. My group has been together for a long time—fifteen years or so?—and I’ve been part of the group for eight or nine. I think we’ve been doing pathfinder for seven or so of those? All this time we’ve just been using the core rule book but our dm has told us we can open up to the APG for our next campaign. :)) I like Pathfinder a lot; it’s got great customisation options and some cool developments from 3.5. Not that I can think of any concrete examples right now!
