@help Two micro.blog feature requests:

On the timeline, for posts longer than 280 characters, if the first paragraph of the post is 280 characters or fewer, break the post at the end of that paragraph. For example, this post would break at the word “requests,” above.

Also, please support the 500-character limit for Mastodon, and include paragraph breaks. I’ve requested this before, but it’s seeming more urgent.

Finally,¹ you’re doing a great job, and if you decide these requests don’t make the cut, that’s ok with me.

@pratik Right. If I make the change, it will be to preserve up to 500 characters for Mastodon, but no change in Micro.blog. And it would only apply for title-less posts that are long.
