Looks like I’ve torn my bicep through overuse in my 4 week progressive back to work. Looking my kitchen days are ending. Likely transferring to guest service. Front desk or PBX operator. Meeting Tuesday.

@Miraz It kinds of sucks, but this first 4 weeks back to work was to find out if my replaced shoulder could handle. looking like it can't. at 65 y/o, I can't let it get me uspet. I've had to give up things before. :-/

@Seadave Yep, it's a physical job and there is no such thing as light duty. I can easy shift to Guest Services. I working in the FOH for 30 years.
