Physical therapy. Into week 3. Passive range of motion
@hawaiiboy a little bit every day. I started about 2 years ago and somehow during that time started running, lost 120lbs and started doing yoga a few times a week. So, turns out, therapy for my sore shoulder wound up putting me into the best shape of my life! You got this!!!

Last week in my 2 week follow up, the surgeon told me the joint replacement will be fine, it’s the soft tissue and repaired muscles that will take time. I lost 75# after my knee replacement in 2017. Looking to knock down a bit more after this one.
