Four years on from my total knee replacement. I regularly walk 15k step a day pain free. It still amazes me considering the condition my knee was in.

I had a severed ACL and there was no tissue left in the joint. It hurt all the time, even sitting.

@hawaiiboy Wow, good on you! I didn’t realize that they could do that. I’ve got a pair of bad knees myself. Maybe I’ll go full robocop if I get the chance…
