@baker thank you. It is. I like to very slightly undercook it on the initial bake and then reheat it in the toaster oven when I’m ready to have some to get a little crust on the top and moist inside.
@hawaiiboy I start with the Marie Callender mix. Have used it for 30+ years. Add roasted jalapeños and I oven roast 4 ears of fresh corn. The result is smoky, a little spicy and adding honey butter is an amazing topping
