@aa Beautiful work πŸ‘πŸ» The dowels definitely add to the design. I’d be interested in how differently they perform over time vs the typical plastic anchor + metal screw. Living in an intensely humid climate, I’ve become a lot more aware of how my house expands and contracts with the seasons and weather.

@JMaxB yep, directly into the stud! Two per shelf, so pretty sturdy :-) the knife in the foreground is a simple woodworking knife. The guy in the background is my favorite wheel marking gauge.
