Micro.blog Photo Challenge - Bloom 📷 CGI, the Canadian company I work for, sent us all packets of sunflower seeds at the beginning of the lockdown to cheer us up. My desk on the patio was surrounded by the blooms, which attracted a lot of visitors from the local bee hives.
@UndamnedOne They also provided some generous prizes for an online photo competition - tallest sunflower, largest bloom, most blooms, most pathetic excuse for a sunflower, and so on. It was a really good community building exercise. And having harvested them each year, we now have our third generation of sunflowers on the way.
