@johnchandler A good friend recommended it to me and then I realized we had the book at home because my wife, Kelly, is, as usual, already a step ahead of me and has read it a couple years ago. :)

@mwerickson Interesting authorship debates about this book, possibly involving fear of being associated with the Quietist movement. Doesn't affect the quality of the book of course.
