So the U.S. government might send all of us a check that we will need to cash to use. Does anyone not see the problem with this scenario?

@frankm Yeah; for some that will be a problem. For others, mobile deposit will be an option. Hopefully they can get a plan in place for direct deposit for those with bank accounts. Maybe prepaid cards for others who opt for it? Idk.

@sarcassem What I am getting at is the herd of people who will need/want to go to a "crowded" bank to deposit their check. Banks or check cashing places that are likely not open, an then finally the likelihood that the people they are targeting with this "stimulous" are most like the one's who don't have direct deposit. For that matter, I have my tax returns (when I get them) sent via paper check. Big picture, every "idea" the government guys come up with need to be thoroughly vetted for unintended consequences.
