Right now the only control is over the type of content...everything, not sensitive, or nothing.. This only really matters because I place my phone in a stand on my desk during the workday and some of the notifications that I do get are useful.

I’ve enabled Focus Mode on my Pixel 4a that is running Android 12 Beta 4 so that I do not get less important notifications during the work day.
