With the move to virtual meetings, I realize our workplace is not quite set up for large-group virtual meetings. We have conference rooms small and large hooked up with large screen TVs and webcams but not quite suited so virtual participants can listen equally to all in-person

@pratik Tip from a remote worker: it really really helps to have one person in the room on headphones listening and watching via whatever the remote people use. A virtual virtual participant, if you will. They can catch and fix any issues quickly without disrupting the meeting.

@fgtech Thanks. In academia, chaos reigns supreme. Usually some post doc’s computer is hooked to the big screen for Zoom.
