I don’t know how to do CSS. I don’t want to know how to do CSS. CSS should be as simple as one of those 1990’s MS Wizards, just fill in the blanks and you’re done.

@bradenslen CSS is completely optional, especially if you really don’t give a rat’s ass about how a browser renders your page. I do wish the defaults were a little nicer looking but, really, the whole point of HTML (done properly with semantic markup) is to keep users in control of what they see.
