@aaronpk It’s not a powder, but this is the best vegan cheese sauce I’ve found:
I use coconut oil in place of butter and skip the egg yolk to go full vegan. Add 1 tsp of turmeric for deeper flavor (and color). Freezes well.
@aaronpk I guessed that you were going to for the vegan variant of a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese. This version is really good though, and the hardest part is cleaning the blender afterwards. I make a big batch on a less lazy day and freeze the rest in single portions to be thawed for lazy days!
