A perspective on the US law referred to as “Section 230” that I found more compelling than I expected.
@baldur I have found my own thinking on Section 230 has evolved pretty much just as described in that article. Good find! I am happy to see such well-researched reasoning arrive at the same conclusion: Sec 230 needs changes to preserve its original intent.
