@cheesemaker Nice! I’ve been thinking about getting one of those, but I have concerns about my trees. Any tips?
@ted I purchased the Solo stove and it’s pretty amazing. Mine has the optional base and the heat is so controlled I was able to put it directly on my lawn without any damage to the grass. The Solo seems to really control the heat and column of the smoke so as long as you didn’t put it directly under your tree canopy I imagine it would be totally fine. I’m very impressed by this thing.
@cheesemaker I get the “happy and at peace” from sitting round a fire pit. I love the opportunity to do that.
@crossingthethreshold I’m right there with you. Building my new pit now. The pit is done, need to finish the retaining wall and seating.
