@fabio yes it definitely happens in the UK, & I suspect worldwide to differing extents. The more you read about the ‘big boy’ food industry, the more worrying it is. I hoped that Italy’s amazing food culture may have helped avoid some of this. Best thing we can do is vote with our wallets, buy local, support small suppliers & grow food 🌱

@fabio absolutely. It’s a disgrace that people in these very rich countries can’t meet basic needs. Lot of campaigning here on this in the UK but I’m afraid our country has lost the plot (IMO) on this. Gap between rich and poor ever widening
