@chrisheck no not that type of call. It is just talking about annual performance reviews and next steps coming up. It seems like every year they change it all up. 🫣
@ericmwalk Oh good. I’m glad to hear that it wasn’t that kind of call. I went through the annual performance review shake-up last year when we transitioned to Workday, so I’m hoping I’ve got a few years before the next round. Keep the coffee cup full and here’s hoping the changes aren’t too disruptive. ☕️
