@ericmwalk I've recently gone (re-) all-in on craft and moved various exports (evernote, bear, obsidian, roam, apple notes, etc.) into Craft.
I have a few shared workspaces or ones I share notes from, and then a private workspace with nothing I'd share. I have "backup/import" folders from the other services in there, and sometimes take a pass at rearranging some of it, or I just do it when it's time to reference an item/note in one of them.
@toddgrotenhuis thanks for the response and insight into what you are doing. I do keep thinking Craft might be the solution for me. The more I have talked with people and thought about it, it might be a paper solution and then a note solution.
