@mroutley seem like perfectly normal asks to me 😀. I actually don’t have a coach and I didn’t really follow a plan for my marathon last year. I did kind of like you and just ran. I think for 2022 I would like to run a couple more marathons but not sure if I want to run faster this time or just finish feeling good like 2021. This year when I finished it was a good that I felt fine and recovered quickly but then I had those thoughts… Could I have run faster.. ha! Good luck with what you decided and your training in 2022.
