@ericgregorich This is always an issue for me too. It’s best if I do it straight out of bed…but there are a lot of things I’m best at straight out of bed. Good luck to you on your journey!
@ericgregorich for the simple goal of moving more, 10-20 min walk breaks are easy to fit anywhere in your schedule and still have a great number of benefits over being sedentary. Good luck with your 2025 goals!
@cooperbike Absolutely. The challenge lies in developing the habit of taking these breaks. I would like to start walking outside more as well, getting some sunlight in the process.
@ericgregorich more sunlight is something I also need to I swim, bike, and run a lot, but usually in my garage.
