@ericgregorich wise advice. I wonder if I’ve been following it straight, because I have a Kindle where I read my books. It’s not analogue but this is because I simply have no further space where to store physical books at home. Does that still count as detox?
@danielsantos I use a Kindle also. I don’t see it as a problem, but I’m no expert.
I think it’s the distracting apps on the phone that are the primary culprit.
@ericgregorich I agree. At home my Kindle has two main advantages besides allowing me to collect books without using physical space — first, no distracting extra apps; second, no concurrence because my kids have no interest in “such a dull gadget”: no colors, no motion, no games… only boring text 😂😂
