@mmarfil I was weirdly taken by the set design and material world building of this show. It didn’t feel like it was filmed in the same places in Canada as every other scifi show ever.
@mmarfil have you watched Dark Matter? It is pretty much the opposite, blandest material world building ever but really compelling storyline/characters. Not to say I wasn’t into the characters of Altered Carbon...but 🤷♂️
I don’t know what it was, but I couldn’t stand Dark Matter. I only made it through one or two episodes! It’ll be interesting to see how I react to Altered Carbon based on these comments. I have it on my Netflix queue
