any of my brilliant CSS friends have a suggestion on how I can achieve this with just CSS. I can’t seem to get the z-index right using :before & :after pseudo elements and might be missing something. (bonus for responsive solution)

@miklb just to make sure I understand your goal, you are trying to replicate the overlapping triangles shown in that image?

@eli Yes. I had some code that got close, but no matter what I tried the z-index would prevent the nav links from being clickable. It’s for a non-profit I’m trying to get finished up. For now just using bg image it’s fine.
