Nuked and paved iPhone 2x, and then ended up doing a DFU restore. But seems to be settling down now. Tempted to do a DFU restore on the iPad too. Instead of no iCloud Tabs sharing, now showing multiple instances of the iPad with different sets of tabs.

@eabando have you tried contacting support? Sometimes a quick backend reset does the trick.
