@dustdaughter Super productive, thanks for asking! We’re going to make positive changes around recruitment panels; we’ve started a book club to discuss issues around race and we will offer reverse mentoring to Black and Minority Ethnic colleagues.
@DiplomaticDiva Cool. We just had a meeting like this where I work and there was talk about focus groups and training but not enough about how to change recruitment to make leadership more diverse.
@dustdaughter Although recruitment is one of the most challenging aspects, it might be the most important one. We are involved in outreach to students, we will publish our vacancies across several platforms and we will have “blind” applications. We are starting reverse mentoring
